Here at Billy's Chop Shop, we specialize in custom metal fabrication for use in off-road parts, customizing, steel art, signs, custom gate panels, even custom HVAC ducting and decorative/structural bracketry for use in home contruction as well as items for use in landscape and gardening. Items can be manufactured in aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, or even brass. I'm also excited about a new supplier for engine turned panels.
Billy's Chop Shop started out as a simple hobby. Many of our custom projects required outsourcing products, which took up a lot of time and expense. Our attention to detail and time restraints required purchase of several specialized and expensive machines and tools.
We are now a complete fabrication shop complete with CNC and can do most any job. We can provide bare steel parts, or coated with a simple rust preventive. We also offer paint, powdercoat, or even chrome-like finish. In the future we plan to add mobile powder coating for rugged industrial applications, which is excellent for on site fabrication!
We are also an authorized retailer of most automotive aftermarket parts at competitive prices. Many items are in stock, while almost anything can be had in a timely fashion.
